2 days off for Eid Al Fitr

2 days off for Eid Al Fitr
The EID Al Ftr is just around the corner, and As per UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources they confirmed that those employed in the private sector will have two days off to mark the occasion.

Eid is expected to fall on a Sunday, June 25, which will be confirmed by the moon sighting committee the evening before. This means that private sector workers are likely to have a four-day weekend, with Sunday, June 25, and Monday, June 26, while Government workers will be off from Saturday, June 24 and return to work on Wednesday, June 28.

The days off work will vary between those who work in the public and private sector – and remember that holidays are subject to change based on moon sightings.
