Pioneers of Japanese food in Spain, 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant opened its doors outside of Spain for the first time in the UAE in Abu Dhabi in 2017 at The Galleria on Al Maryah Island and now extends the portfolio to Dubai at The Address Hotel in Downtown. 

The custom-made dining concept adds a touch of avant-garde cooking to classic Japanese dishes resulting in a menu replete with innovative creations. The fine-dining restaurant serves haute cuisine for lunch and dinner, featuring a wide selection of signature dishes that use high-end, premium quality ingredients imported from around the world for the homemade flavours that remains a trade secret with the chefs.

From 2020, 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant have taken their extensive menu and cooking flair and enabled Fine Dining deliveries across the UAE.
