Opened in 2016 in Madrid, Amazonico will set its first outpost in DIFC. Widely acclaimed in Madrid for its cuisine and atmosphere, Amazonico will serve colourful and vibrant cuisine in a contemporary space filled with details and charm.
The Amazonico menu was designed by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, who combine their skills to incorporate the core elements of Brazilian and Spanish cuisine and translate it into Dubai’s dining landscape. With a harmonious approach to flavours, carefully prepared plates, each dish compliments the previous to create a flavourful experience for each and every guest. Enticing signature dishes include tandoori, sushi, black-bean hummus, and flame-grilled fish and Brazilian rodizio and the signature caramelized pineapples.
