Opened in November 2009 in the prestigious Souk Al Bahar district, BiCE Mare is a specialist Italian seafood restaurant serving up exciting signature dishes. The kitchen team, led by Chef Francesco Guarracino, is made up of 11 Italian chefs from the Federezione Italiano Cuochi – an organization representing the World Association of Chef Societies in Italy - BiCE Mare now has an all Italian team who bring their own regional cooking methods, style and expertise to the kitchen.
BiCE Mare boasts specialty dishes from around Italy using the best ingredients available, which include the infamous Paccheri pasta, which is a type of pasta di Grangnano that is dried for 72 hours under the ‘Versuvio’ volcano.
