Galvin Dubai is a concept that builds upon the legacy of Galvin Restaurants, a family run collection of French restaurants by Chris and Jeff Galvin. Inspiration is drawn from a commitment to ‘Best of British’, infused with a Mediterranean Basin flair; an evocative array of Italian, Southern French and North African ‘flavours of the sun’.
Authentically Peruvian, contemporary cuisine – LIMA Dubai is an exciting extension for LIMA which took London by storm in 2012 and went on to become the first Peruvian restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star, retaining it to this day.
Toro + Ko Dubai is the fourth location of the wildly successful Spanish tapas restaurant opened by celebrity Chef Ken Oringer in 2006 in Boston’s South End. An individually crafted high-end Barcelona-style tapas restaurants that serves traditional and modern Spanish-style small plates, made with locally sourced and seasonable ingredients, in a lively, convivial atmosphere.
