Three cuts of Beef prepared three ways – Smoked Brisket, Braised Shortrib and Grilled Tenderloin.
All the while, guests can sink a selection of classic, spicy and sour cocktails that perfectly pair with the flavours on the menu and mellow out to live music.
 
Saturday Grazing Feast:
Three hours of tasty bites, prime cuts and bottomless signature drinks.
Guests can get their teeth into dishes such as Angus Sliders, Deep Fried Calamari, Filet Mignon and grilled Rib Eye, along with a selection of grapes, hops and freshly shaken cocktails.
Flowing drinks, good vibes and even better grills, the perfect way to close the weekend on a high.
