Join us at Hong Loong Chinese restaurant to celebrate the Chinese New Year with a delectable 4-course dinner expertly prepared with authentic oriental flavors. Diners will be able to choose from a variety of starters including chilled octopus & jellyfish salad, “Teow Chew” braised chicken with peanuts, silken tofu & chicken gizzard among others.
For the main event you’ll enjoy a choice of braised dry oyster & abalone dipped in oyster sauce and black moss, steamed red snapper with spicy & sour sauce and much more. If dessert is your favorite part of the meal, save a little space for a selection of dessert platters infused with traditional Chinese sweet treats.
On 4 & 5 February at 6pm, guests will be entertained by the well-known traditional lion dance to welcome prosperity and good luck.
