Crafting a naughty mid-week dinner party in the heart of the glittering Dubai Downtown precinct, join the award-winning Rize Group for an exclusive dinner party, Backroom, every Wednesday from 9pm in the fabulously sophisticated, newly opened STK Dubai Downtown. Located in the recently refurbished Address Downtown hotel, Backroom launches 1st August 2018, and is anticipated to be the crown jewel of Dubai dinner parties, with previous residences held at some of the world’s most prominent venues and an a la carte dinner menu to excite every taste bud.
With the various cuts of tender, juicy beef undoubtedly the star of the show, the wide selection of toppings, sauces and sides share the spotlight. Start the evening with a selection of fabulous entrees, including Soft Shell Crab Sliders with old bay remoulade and pickled ginger, Lil’Brgs with USDA beef, topped with special sauce and a sesame seed bun, and Prawn Cocktail with chicory, baby gem, tomato, cucumber concasse and green apple. Fresh Shucked Oysters are served with jalapeno mignonette, and the Spicy Bluefin Tuna Tartare accompanied with avocado, mango, chili oil and wasabi mayo. Serving a selection of premium quality USDA prime beef, Canadian Heritage, Australia Striploin and American Fillet, STK main courses come hard to beat. The steaks are famous for their big flavours, offering a wide selection of cuts, choose from smaller fillets and tender striploins to such larger cuts as the Ribeye, T-bone or Tomahawk. Those who don’t fancy a beef cut can enjoy vegan, vegetarian, fish, meat and poultry options, such as Rack of Lamb with ratatouille, yogurt and olive tapenade, Grilled Veal Chop with sweet and sour pepper, broccolini and chili butter and Steamed Seabass with coconut-garlic rice, avocado, cherry tomato and pickled fennel.
