Star of the small and silver screen Idris Elba has in recent years diversified his skill set to include music producer, label head (7 Wallace), having his own clothing line and becoming a stand out DJ to boot. Gotha Club Dubai of course recognise this star quality and have signed him up to headline the decks on Wednesday, May 2ndfor their American Gangster themed party.
As well as being a very accomplished and commanding actor, see The Wire, Luther and American Gangster to name but a few, Idris Elba has also dabbled in rapping and has appeared in music videos and productions credits for the likes of Fat Joe, Giggs, Angie Stone as well as co-producing performing on the intro for Jay Z’s album “American Gangster”. Entry for this event is free until midnight, after which it is AED150 for men and the lucky ladies will enjoy complimentary beverages from 11pm to 1am.
