The Vietnamese brunch in Dubai will feature a sharing-style menu with succulent dishes from Ha Long Bay, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and more. The modern take on traditional Vietnamese dishes is conceptualised by Chef Ta Van Houng. The cool new brunch in Dubai can be enjoyed within the French-Vietnamese ambience of Blue Jade's alfresco dining area adorned in bamboo design finishes.
At the Saigon Social Brunch, expect to satiate your Vietname cravings with elevated specialities such as Pho Bò (Vietnamese National Noodle Soup) and Goi Cuon Tôm Thit (Seafood Cold Rolls) on offer, alongside mouth-watering dishes such as Cá Nướng Lá sen (Ginger Lotus Sea Bass) and Bò lúc lắc (Stir-Fried Beef Tenderloin), Ga Nuong La Chanh (Grilled Marinated Chicken with Lime Leaves).
