A dry night will be observed in Dubai next week to mark the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad.
The birthday of Prophet Mohammad is observed on the 12th day of Rabi Al Awwal, which is expected to fall on Thursday, October 29 this year.
The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) has confirmed that bars and restaurants across the city are expected not to serve alcoholic beverages from 5:30pm on Wednesday, October 28th until 6:30pm on Thursday, October 29th.
There will also be no entertainment or parties during the period, the circular, issued to all hotel, restaurants, leisure and sports clubs and tourist companies, stated.
