Dubai's Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management announced updated precautionary measure for events and activities in Dubai!
Effective from Monday, 17th May 2021.
1) Observing physical distancing of 2 metres and wearing face masks continue to be mandatory
2) Weddings events are allowed, max. attendance capped at 100 for venueshotels, attendees and staff should have been vaccinated.
3) Attendance at wedding events at homes capped at 30, precautionary measures must be strictly observed.
4) Entertainment venues can have increased capacity of 70%, occupancy ceiling of hotels raised to 100%
5) Permits to be given for concerts, social and institutional events on the condition that attendees and participants have been vaccinated.
6) Community sports events allowed, spectators can attend provided all attendees, participants and staff have recieved COVID-19 vaccine.
7) Maximum attendees at indoor events is 1,500 and outdoor events is 2,500.
8) Restaurants can seat 10 per table, coffee shops can have 6 per table.
