EID CELEBRATIONS ARE ABOUT TO GET EVEN MORE AMAZING WITH THESE INCREDIBLE FIREWORK DISPLAYS!
Eid holidays have now been officially announced in the country and if you haven’t heard yet, we’re about to put the biggest smile on your face right now.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has declared that Eid Al Fitr holidays for the private sector will be starting on Monday, June 3 and will end only on the 3rd of Shawwal.

While the exact date for the 3rd of Shawaal has yet to be confirmed by the moon sighting committee, it is likely to fall either on Thursday, June 6 or Friday, June 7.

So, if you’re one who normally enjoys a two-day weekend, you’ll have to go back to work only on Sunday, June 9. Woop! Woop!

But wait, it gets better for those working in the public sector – a week-long holiday beginning on Sunday, June 2 has been announced for the UAE public sector this year.

This was revealed in a tweet posted by the UAE Government on Sunday, May 26.

A WHOLE week off! If that’s not enough to put you in the festive spirit, we don't know what is?!

Adding to the festivities will be a brilliant firework display that’s scheduled to take place at 9:30pm at La Mer and Al Seef on the first day of Eid – which again, depends on the sighting of the moon.

Dubai Festival City Mall will also be hosting a special Eid edition of its popular show IMAGINE on Wednesday, June 5 and Thursday, June 6 twice each night
at 8pm and 10pm.

So, let the planning commence!
