RAMADAN OUTDOOR DINING AND HUBBLY BUBBLY SERVICES BANNED DURING FASTING HOURS IN DUBAI

Dubai restaurants are not allowed to serve food, hubbly bubbly or dine at outdoor dining areas during fasting hours. 

An announcement has been made by Dubai Economy that does not require Dubai restaurants to have a special permit to serve food during fasting hours in Ramadan

“Outdoor seating is not allowed during fasting hours. Delivery of food can be continued as usual,” said Mohammed Ali Rashed Lootah, CEO of the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector in Dubai Economy.

Dubai restaurants are not allowed to display food outside the venue and should be served within the premises only during fasting hours. However in exceptional cases when food is served in private beaches in Dubai if the food is served on hotel premises. 

Hubbly bubbly services in Dubai food outlets are not allowed during fasting hours in Ramadan, not even in hotel restaurants. Hubbly bubbly can only be served after Iftar until 4am as per the Dubai Municipality.
