WILL GETTING VACCINATED BE YOUR TICKET INTO MUSIC FESTIVALS OF TOMORROW?

WILL GETTING VACCINATED BE YOUR TICKET INTO MUSIC FESTIVALS OF TOMORROW?

With COVID-19 successfuly dimming down the global live music scene, the demand for music festival ticket sales have been higher than ever.

Meanwhile in the UK, leading music festival directors have now called upon the UK government to inform fanatics and artists that getting vaccinated is a requirement into music festivals this summer.

Since music festivals across the UK have been selling, and selling fast, since the government has announced its intended plan to open up nighclubs and festivals from the 21st of June. However the sheer concern from the fesitval organisers regarding cancellation insurance by the government and uncertainty of COVID-19 is making them wary of moving forward without a steady financial back up plan in place.

This progressive move provides a sliver of hope to those that miss the bustling live music scene, not to forget, the artists that perform live. The incredible rise in demand for ticket sales since the COVID lockdown, 16,000 sold in 5 hours, as per the Hospitality Weekend in the Woods are stunned by the result and believe that the only way to continue this roadmap forward is to maintain a strict code of all those that are buying tickets into festivals get vaccinated as per the requirement.

A strong question is being posed in this case. Will getting vaccinated be the new code or the 'light at the end of the tunnel' into a re-emerging of the global nightlife and live music scene of tomorrow?
