This Monday, 29th February 2021, Brasserie Boulud Dubai is introducing a brand new lunch service in Dubai to satiate your senses by chef Nicolas and Chef Joanna. Partially derived from the venue's evening A La Carte menu, this lunch service in Dubai will be offered in reduced portions and will include tea, coffee and home-made madeleines to uplift the midday mood.
To begin this culinary journey at Brasserie Boulud Dubai, opt from the varied 'Pour Commencer'/Starter menu options designed to make your mouth water. Expect the Rillette De Saumon (smoked & confit Salmon, Pink Peppercorn cream and cucumber), Salade De Sucrine (Baby Gem Lettuce, Tomato and Anchovies Pistou Caesar Dressing), as well as the Assiette Italienne (Burrata, Pesto, Bresaola and Pomodoro Focaccia Panzanella).
