THURSDAY, JULY 12TH
 
ANALOG ROOM W/ DJ DUSTIN (GIEGLING)
Berlin staple Giegling releases and its founder DJ Dustinare reserved for only the most discerning of dance floors, his headline set for Analog Roomwill be accompanied by resident Siamak Amidiin room 1 and in the Boom Room, The Flip Sideboss Shadi Megallaa and OmarJayyusi will be laying down their finest wax. Entry is free to the Boom Room and AED100 for the main room. Party starts at 9pm.

Joining resident EdWi seat TheTubeBar this week is Beirut legend and B018 regular Ziad Ghosn. Also on the bill for this night of house and techno at Emirates Financial Towers is Baradaand TarekB. Entry is AED100and comes with a free drink. The fun kicks off at 9pm and runs until 3am.



 
FRIDAY, JULY 13TH
 
NOMAD W/ DOCTOR DRU & UPERCENT
El Chiringuito continue their indoor parties this week with sets from Doctor Druand Upercent, the later on a fast track to the top of the melodic tech house tree. Support will come from Nomad regulars Hoolz and Nasrawi. Entry is free before 5pm and AED100 afterwards.
 
THE HATCH OPENING PARTY
After a misfire last week end, The Hatch will finally throw its doors open to the public this weekend. Opening up for business at the QE2is FrederickStone, AidinKaramiand Michkaand you can get in on the action by grabbing a ticket from thehatchdubai.com, but make sure you are quick as this is one intimate rave. Entry is free before 11pm and AED50 afterwards.
 
SCRATCHER 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY @ AVANI HOTEL
If you are interested in doing something a bit different with your Friday night and are interested in the more technical side of DJing, there is a scratch battle of epic proportions at H2O Sports Bar at AvaniHotel, Deira. All skill levels are welcome and turntablist supreme Lobito Brigante will be performing a showcase. The events will run from 3pm to 8pm and entry is free, just remember to bring your own needles, vinyl and portable turntables.
 


SUNDAY, JULY 15TH
 
WORLD CUP FINAL
Not strictly this weekend but we couldn’t let the final of the biggest football tournament in the universe pass by these hallowed pages. France have booked their date with destiny and whether it will be Croatia (fingers crossed) or England in the final it will be one heck of a game.
