MamiUmami will be opening on August 18, Tuesday. A modern and unconventional approach to Japanese Izakaya. Serving Japanese dishes blended by cultures and cuisines of Latin America.
Dishes are all designed to ignite the fifth taste – umami – and are split into nine categories, with a focus on sharing-style dining menu from executive chef Carlos Rodriguez. From an irresistible assortment of Nippy Nippon (cold), Hotto Mami (hot), Lo Crudo (Raw), and Tempura y Frita (fried) dishes, to an inspired selection of Carbon De Japon (grilled), La Mami Umami (signature), Sushi/Sashimi, Maki, and Sweet Wasabi (dessert) options – the food at MAMIUMAMI
The venue also have an enviable outdoor terrace, which diners may remember from visits to the 23rd floor’s former occupant, with impressive views of the surrounding neighborhood, and the new addition of a Latin grill.
