1) NEWLY LAUNCHED VEGAN MENU
Launching this week, the most talked about restaurant in the clouds, have a new menu, specially dedicated to vegans, with 15 dishes to choose from.
From their famous vegan bread and spreads to Roasted Cauliflower AED85 (with garlic, olive oil, preserved lemon, mint, Calabrian chilli) and Tagliatelle mushroom Fricassée AED125 (roasted mixed mushrooms, shiitake dashi coconut cream, fine herbs), there’s something to tickle everyone’s tastebuds. Room for dessert? There’s a vegan gluten-free chocolate cake with banana, macadamia nuts and mango sorbet to get excited about (AED65).
Dishes on the menu are served for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
