CUE, a new and exciting indoor dining and entertainment experience in Dubai has opened its doors on Thursday, July 15th 2021. Located at the Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 200 capacity venue houses a state of the art AV system with a grid-like 6m high LED ceiling, illuminating its up-scale interior. Open daily from 8 pm and on Fridays from 1 pm, guests can sample internationally-inspired dishes alongside signature cocktails while enjoying an exhilarating entertainment program of live shows and performances.
THE VENUE:
Located on the Dubai hotel’s ground floor and accessed via its own designated street entrance, you are greeted by a large foyer before riding the glass elevator to the main venue. Behind the blue velvet curtains, you are welcomed by white and grey marble and burgundy walls tying in perfectly with CUE Dubai’s chic glamour.
Furniture is sophisticated yet comfortable and the marble tabletops are lined with a bronze-gold brass accent. The controllable lighting grid emits is a soft glow, contributing to a soothing dining experience but then with a press of a (few) button(s) the venue is instantly transformed into a party atmosphere.
THE FOOD:
CUE Dubai’s menu features an array of globally inspired dishes, some of which are theatrically served at your table, including Mediterranean salt-crusted sea bass and a Flame Grilled Wagyu Tomahawk Steak. CUE Dubai’s Burrata & Pecorino Gyozas, Baked Feta Cheese and Spinach Pie are among a delightful collection of starters to share. Those after a lighter option are treated to a wide selection of salads including Grilled Octopus and Goat’s Cheese in a walnut crust.
Sweet endings include a Mango Dome Sorbet topped with cotton candy as well as a variety of artisanal homemade ice creams and sorbets. Those struggling with what to choose can opt for CUE Dubai’s impressive Premium Platter featuring a chef’s selection of desserts and fresh fruits. A focused and well-priced grape list and selection of cocktails are available to accompany CUE Dubai’s extensive food menu as well as an extensive hookah menu.
THE ENTERTAINMENT:
CUE’s program of live shows and performances promises to be nothing short of amazing. Expect an entertainment spectacular of world-class acts, from dazzling aerial performances to heated fire shows. Bespoke shows will take place nightly not only centre stage, but all around you. So don’t forget to look up.
