A new Monday Brunch in town at PLAY Restaurant and Lounge. “SHADES of PLAY “ offers up a range of the award-winning restaurant’s signature dishes from the popular “Mediterrasian” menu.
A four-course menu from Chef Reif Othman, kicking off with salmon sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, akami nigiri, ebi nigiri, avocado maki and salmon maki. PLAY’s favourite Pita Surprise is up next as part of the second course, along with steamed edamame, assorted white fish in spicy lemon dressing, PLAYful salad, RAW wagyu with truffle sesame dressing, duck gyoza in chilli ponzu and shrimp tempura. Main courses, including entrecote with café de PLAY butter, grilled seabass, oven-baked marinated saffron chicken, spaghetti carbonara with veal pancetta and the seasonal wild mushroom risotto. The final course is a selection of signature desserts.
