DubaiNight went on a visit for their Iftar 3-course set-menu and we can confirm that the rooftop venue in Dubai is an ideal spot to break your fast in style with shisha, amazing food and an upclose vantage point of the Burj Khalifa in all its glory.
As you make your way to the 54th floor of the Address Sky View, you will be escorted to your table at CÉ LA VI Dubai's pool deck. As the sun goes down, take it the breeze of Dubai's Ramadan night's sky whilst breaking your fast with customary dates and water. Lounge music will make you sway as you are presented with the first course of your CÉ LA VI Dubai culinary journey created by Chef Howard Ko.
Our friendly host, Lorenze, made sure we recieved the best service as he promptly brought in our courses. Sink your teeth into freshly made fried calamari, seaweed parker rolls with a fresh creamy hummus dip. Make your way to the freshest Baby Gem Lettuce with radicchio, radish, edamame, puffed rice and ginger sesame dressing. A gorgeous Burrata sits atop of a bed of Rocket Arugula, Nectarines, Candied walnets, Shiso Nectarine Vinaigrette and pickled onion that will tantalise your tastebuds. Allow the Winter Squash Soup with Date Cream and Pomegranate to recharge you for the feast has just begun.
At the CÉ LA VI Dubai pool deck, opt for the varied shisha flavours to enhance your evening. Opt for the best selling Mango as you sit back and enjoy the view while you dine. The main course will arrive just in time for you to devour a well presented plate of Roasted Black Cod with sweet corn pudding and Miso Beurre Blanc paired beautifully with a Grilled Baby Chicken Satay with Peanut Satay "Nage". A rich, flavourful main combo that explodes with deliciousness.
