Tell us more about your background?
Finishing up my bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, I realized that I should continue my music career and be devoted to find new hotspots around the world to start my career as a DJ. In 2006, I joined a renowned club called The Basement in Beirut and received their constant support.
I have played alongside many international DJ’s such as Till Von Sein,Tigerskin, Sasha, Mark Fanciulli, Subb An, Jasper James, Dave Seamen , Ruede Hagelstein, Adana Twins, Booka Shade, Laura Jones, Maya Jone Coles, Lovebirds, Andhim, Stassy, Matthias Meyer, Robin Drimalski, Teenage Mutants, Mark Knight, Betoko, Adam Shelton, dOP, Roger Sanchez, Timo Maas and many more,
When did you start DJ-ing?
I started DJ in 2006.
What/who were your early influences?
Trentemoller, Dennis Ferrer, Daft Punk
What's your favorite tune of all time?
Moan (Original Mix) - Trentemoller.
What inspire your music today?
Constant support from local and international DJ’s, Family, Friends and my beloved one.
What are the challenges of being a successful DJ Today?
Skills, taste, emotions and killing sets.
What do you usually start with when preparing for a set?
Electronic Bands with amazing Intro.
What defines a good crowd for you?
A group of 10 or thousands of people coming for the sake of music and exchanging positive vibes and moves.
What are the mistakes you see the upcoming DJs making?
Relying on their laptop and concentrating on the screen instead of seeing the crowd.
What advice would you give to aspiring DJs?
1. Be Unique
2. Be Selective
3. Listen to another DJ while giving him your support or help
4. Never say you’re the best
