First KOSHER Restaurant in Dubai to open at Armani Hotel

Dubai will open its first Kosher restaurant at Armani Hotel right in the foot of the Burj Khalifa.

The 40-seater pop-up dinner venue is located on the ground floor of the luxury hotel, adjacent to contemporary Japanese restaurant Armani/Hashi. The restaurant will open Sunday to Thursday from 6.30 pm to 11.30 pm. And it will be one of few 5* Kosher restaurants to offer in-room dining for those staying at the hotel.

Armani/Kaf will specialize in kosher cuisine that complies with Jewish dietary laws (kashrut) and will be operated under the rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Levi Y Duchman, Rabbi of the UAE, who has certified the venue with Glatt Kosher and Pas Yisroel certifications from Emirates Kosher Supervising Agency, the only UAE based kosher certifier, the restraint said in a statement.

The food is expected to have an international feel and taste, with classic dishes and a seasonal menu. They’re also going to have a special take-away menu for Shabbat, the Jewish Sabbath.

Al Habtoor Group has said that it will introduce kosher food and beverages across all its properties in the UAE including Hilton Dubai, V Hotel, Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotel and Resorts, Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection LLC, Metropolitan Hotel and Habtoor Polo Resort.
