CHINGÓN will soon be opening its doors at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Business Bay and it might just become your next favorite Mexican joint.
Celebrating Mexican heritage through and through, the menu will feature a range of dishes that’ll have you smacking your lips in delight including tamales, tiraditos and grilled octopus.
For those counting calories, there’ll also be plenty of healthy options to choose from–with special options for both vegans and vegetarians too.
With drinks inspired from the ancient times of Mesoamerica and South America, this should be a great place for those who love to get adventurous with their food and drinks.
But perhaps what’ll really get your attention at CHINGÓN (which by the way, means epic or cool) is the signature ‘Taco El Dorado’ that includes a black corn tortilla prepared with 24k gold leaf, a thick slice of ‘A9 wagyu’ and fresh truffle.
