So, imagine our surprise to find absolutely no clinking of money in the group’s much-talked-about second hotel venture outside of Vegas in Bluewaters Island.
Intrigued – we decided to do a bit more exploring at the expansive venue that features two hotels under the world-famous moniker – Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai and Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai.
While lacking the jarring sights and sounds of its Las Vegas counterpart, we found it refreshing to walk into an airy space with minimal sculptures along with a décor that oozes understated elegance.
The hotel’s culinary crown undoubtedly goes to Gordon Ramsay’s recently launched super popular restaurant Hell’s Kitchen – although it would be unfair not to make a mention of the other restaurants that continue to pull in the crowd with their exceptional service and food.
For the party-lovers, nearby Cove Beach provides the perfect respite from the humdrums – you’ll find some of the best resident DJs occasionally at the decks, so don’t be too surprised to find the beach buzzing with the young and trendy.
With the addition of the Rotunda, a circular 500-seat theatre reminiscent of Rome’s Pantheon, Caesars Palace is all set to become a firm favorite with the socialites of Dubai – and, we can put our money on that.
