Nassau

Venue Info

Escape to the Mediterranean with Nassau, an elegant dining experience, where breezy interiors and decadent, innovative tastes evoke sun-drenched shores, near and far.

Nassau is a brand new restaurant from the popular Chef Silvena Rowe, taking diners on a culinary tour of the Mediterranean. Drawing on Rowe’s eclectic European-Arabian heritage, diners can expect modern dishes that traverse the abundant coastlines of Southern Europe and the Levant. Expect dishes that revive the senses, served in a stunning space with bright interiors and vibrant flavours evoking sun-drenched shores and lazy lunches that meander into decadent evening feasts. Adding to that feeling of la dolce vita, Nassau’s talented kitchen team source fresh local produce and regularly work with sugar and gluten free dishes, meaning the restaurant is a great choice for guilt-free indulgence without sacrificing on flavour.

Meanwhile, Nassau’s exquisite interiors set the scene, inviting diners on an authentic journey into the lush planting and olive trees of the Mediterranean, framed by white washed walls and sandstone terracing that hark back to the holiday isles. Offering a laid-back setting with breezy interiors, diners can feast with friends and family without a care in the world.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Nassau Head Chef Silvena Rowe, is particularly well known across the Gulf for her fresh approach to dining, pioneering the power of super foods and antioxidants; and a longtime champion of fresh and organic produce. Chef Silvena regularly appears on TV, from BBC 1’s popular Saturday Kitchen to her judging roles on US Food Network’s “Chopped” and Masterchef Bulgaria. Staying true to her philosophy of fresh produce and healthy eating but fine tuning for fine dining, Nassau is her newest project to take the city by storm.

Welcome to Nassau, your home away from home.
