Infusing high-end Japanese food with a Peruvian twist, the world-renowned restaurant Nobu continues to redefine Japanese cuisine with its cutting-edge style and flare.
The branch in Dubai located at Atlantis adds Arabian influences on the mix to create a memorable dining experience. Incorporating Nobu’s signature dishes as well as a few new surprises, the Atlantis venue offers a delectable menu, including classics yellowtail sashimi with jalapenos and rock shrimp lobsters in a light, crunchy tempura and spicy cream.
Other imaginative dishes include Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa soy sauce dressing, Squid Pasta with light garlic sauce, and Black Cod in Miso.
