Celebrity guest chef Mohammed Orfali is coming in to team up with our Executive Chef Sudqi Naddaf for two special evenings on the 22 and 28 February.
Each evening starts with a meet and greet of the chefs personally. After that you'll be seated on the cozy Olea terrace for an aperitif. Shortly after you'll embark on a culinary journey through a 12 course meal curated by Orfali and Naddaf in which the chefs will join each table to explain history and cuisine of the Levantine region all whilst a Live Oud player will set the tone for the evening throughout the dinner excursion. After dinner, all guests will be invited back to the terrace to relax at their leisure.
