From the 16-piece menu include Pita Surprise, a feather-light parcel of pita filled with lightly seared Wagyu beef and truffle butter; Crispy Duck Salad; Ceviche, with Peruvian corn and lime chili dressing; Crispy Baby Squid with Yuzu mayonnaise and Harissa and Duck Gyoza with miso and chili Ponzu. Moving on to larger dishes, after a stunning Sushi selection, Spaghetti Carbonara with veal pancetta, Yoghurt-Grilled Baby Chicken and PLAY fries with truffle sauce and freshly grated truffle are nothing less than show-stopping. Topped off with the chef’s signature selection of sorbets, it’s a sumptuous sharing menu that’s tough to top.
