Starting the evening with a His and Hers cocktail or mocktail, couples can indulge in a divine tasting menu in the elegant surrounds of the H Hotel’s 36th floor destination, with the chance to add an extra pop of romance to their night with a bottle of luxury French fizz.
And if music be the food of love, PLAY on! Diners are set to be serenaded with the sensual sounds of a live saxophonist and vocalist as the soundtrack to this very special night, as they indulge in a selection of lovingly-created dishes.
Starters include steamed edamame, salmon Tataki, Wagyu pita, Japanese Caesar salad, Wagyu dumplings, buttermilk chicken karate and crispy squid - perfect for sharing…or not!
Sushi-lovers can show their adoration for tuna and prawn maki, avocado tomato maki, gold snapper nigiri, tuna akami nigiri, and get seriously involved with the delectable 76 hours short rib, broccolini with black sesame and truffle fries.
And since no Valentine’s Day would be complete without an aphrodisiac, couples can round off their romantic rendezvous with an indulgent PLAY chocolate bar with hazelnut cream, raspberry ice cream and chocolate popcorn, complete with that essential late-night coffee and petit fours.
