Solo, Raffles Dubai’s award winning and home-grown Italian restaurant and bar is ready to welcome back guests this June 10th, 2020 and takes diners on a soulful voyage through authentic flavours across Italy.
Open every day of the week, guests will rediscover delicious homemade cuisine, inspired by Italy’s diverse regions including Lombardy, Tuscany, Campania and Sicily. Solo’s favourites are also back on the menu including spinach Ravioli with black truffle, linguine frutti di mare, pollo alla diavola and the tortino al cioccolato, our take on the chocolate fondant with caramel sauce. In addition, the breads right through to the sauces, pasta and pizza are all freshly made in-house.
With a new spin on Fridays, the venue introduces, Solo Gusto, a flavourful family-style brunch for the first time. Starting from Friday June 19th, the Solo Gusto showcases Solo’s favourite dishes in abundant sharing portions served in a relaxed convivial setting and offering everything from anti pasti, carpaccio, pasta, pizza and fritto misto to name a few. For a more intimate experience, guests can also choose the private dining area. With brunch packages starting from AED 199 per person, Solo is the ideal hotspot on Fridays.
Located on the third floor at Raffles Dubai, Solo Restaurant & Bar re-opens for an à la carte dinner starting June 10th between 5pm and 10:30pm from Saturday to Thursday. Open on Fridays for the Solo Gusto, from 1pm to 4pm and dinner from 6pm to 10:30pm.
