One&Only The Palm is delighted to announce that STAY by Yannick Alléno was awarded two Michelin stars in the inaugural Dubai Michelin Guide for 2022. One of only two restaurants in Dubai to be bestowed with the honour, the rating places STAY by Yannick Alléno at the very pinnacle of dining in the region. 

The Dubai award builds on Chef Yannick's Michelin-starred success, joining his suit of 14 stars in France. Olivier Louis, Managing Director of One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm, comments: “Indeed, his three restaurants within the Pavillon Ledoyen have received a total of six Michelin stars under one roof: three Michelin stars for Alléno Paris, two Michelin stars for L’Abysse and the first Michelin star for his recently opened Pavyllon. I am delighted for Chef Yannick, who is one of the most talented chefs within the culinary world, and his dedicated team. We are indeed privileged to have established a close collaboration with Chef Yannick since the opening of One&Only The Palm in 2010”.

All three of our restaurants at One&Only The Palm, namely STAY by Yannick Alléno, 101 Dining Lounge and Marina and ZEST, are under the guidance of Chef Yannick and we are pleased to provide refined cuisine and culinary highlights for our guests of the hotel, Dubai and UAE residents.
