Dubai is getting a taste of the LA bass scene on March 15 as renowned DJ and producer Y2K headlines for Bass-heavy club night Trapped Beasts L.A. Edition.
Blurring the lines between low-end Bass, Pop, Experimental Hip Hop and Trap, Y2K is quickly becoming a big name in America thanks to high-profile remixes for Carly Rae Jepsen, Cardi B, Lil Wayne as well as collaborations with Mark Johns and Yung Death Ray.
Y2K AKA Ari Starace has been at the forefront of the Future Bass scene for the last few years having broken through in 2015. He’s quickly become a mainstay on the American club scene with gigs in Austin, New York, Washington as well as international tours to China and now the UAE.
Joining him on March 15 at Stereo Arcade will be Trapped Beasts founder and resident DJ Aeli plus 1TakeNnandos who’ll be spanning the full sonic spectrum from Electronic Hip Hop to Trap and Future Beats.
