With live saxophone, entertainment, a cocktail on arrival and a brunch-style menu, start the evening with fresh oysters, followed by dishes including Beef Tartare, Burrata, Lobster Tail and Chicken Liver & Fois Gras Parfait, a choice of Canadian Sirloin, Prime Fillet, Lobster Risotto, Passion Fruit Miso Black Cod or Truffled Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle and a spread of STK favourites for dessert, including Chocolate Mousse, New York Cheesecake and STK Ice.
